Life is Possible Even in the Desert!

A «green belt» full of vegetation has been created in an abandoned desert area of the Konimekh district in the Navoi region!

At the initiative of the joint venture «Asia Trans Gas», saplings of elm, oleaster, and other climate-resilient tree species were planted across 8 hectares of land. To restore soil fertility, specialists were involved, and bio-fertilizers and vermicompost
were used.

Who would have thought that a once barren desert would now host around 20,000 ornamental and fruit trees! This area has become not only a picturesque corner of nature but also a living ecosystem – purifying the air, stabilizing the soil, and
positively impacting the environment.

The more such initiatives we see, the cleaner our air will be tomorrow and the better the ecological situation in the country. We hope that similar good deeds will be continued in other regions. After all, every
tree planted is a symbol of hope, life, and the future.
