The team building event for the employees of the BMGMC was successfully held from August 16 to 18, 2024 in Samarkand. This event became a true journey into the history and culture of Samarkand. Team building began with a training session in the hotel conference hall, where participants took part in a first aid workshop. This workshop contributed practically to enhancing team collaboration. Afterwards, the group visited the majestic Guri Amir complex, where the tomb of Amir Timur and his descendants drew special attention, inspiring reflections on leadership and legacy. Following this, the participants explored the Registan ensemble — a symbol of Samarkand, where the three madrasahs from the 15th to 17th centuries embody the grandeur and power of architecture. 

Over the three days of the team building activity, participants familiarized themselves with historical landmarks and immersed themselves in the history and local crafts of Samarkand. A shared dinner served as a wonderful opportunity to strengthen mutual understanding among colleagues. 

This team building event was not only an educational and enjoyable experience but also a true cultural odyssey. Under the stars of Samarkand, participants felt a sense of unity and confidence in their abilities, marking an important outcome of this cultural and team building journey. The impressions from this trip will remain in memory for a long time, shaping not only experience but also strong friendships.
