TAPLine delegation led by Deputy General Director Cai Jian conducted a survey of production facilities of JV “Asia Trans Gas” LLC and visited a head office

From 18 to 20 June, TAPLine Deputy General Manager Cai Jian and members of the delegation visited WKC2&GCS, “Gazli” UGS, Bukhara MGMC and WKC1&UCS1 stations of JV Asia Trans Gas LLC to conduct a survey. He visited the frontline staff, inquired in detail about equipment maintenance management, modernization of remote station control, improving technical skills and other issues, and heard the working report of Bukhara MGMC.  

Cai Jian expressed his appreciation for the implementation of technical reconstruction projects, station regionalization management, cross-cultural merger and local staff training, and thanked the ordinary workers on behalf of the company. Pointing to the relevance of engineering and integrative thinking, he emphasized the need for goal-orientation and problem-solving in productive activities, and the importance of ensuring both sharing and differentiation in professional management. Cai Jian highlighted that the company's main goal is to improve its ability to manage operations, continuously strengthen its competitiveness, endeavor to combine the strengths of the Chinese and Uzbek sides to ensure the long-term, safe, stable and efficient operation of the pipeline and make greater contributions to building a world-class international pipeline company.  

On 21 June, a delegation led by Cai Jian, Deputy General Director of TAPLine, visited ATG's head office located in Tashkent. After visiting some departments and communicating with employees, the delegation held a working meeting with ATG's management staff. The parties exchanged views on topical issues of the company's operation and economic activities. ATG General Director Liu Zhiguang and First Deputy General Director Mirjalol Azizov expressed their gratitude to TAPLine for providing support in reorganizing the company, agreeing the budget, changes in the remuneration mechanism and organizing measures to improve employees’ motivation. ATG top management also noted the importance of feedback and comments on the results of research and audits conducted by the Participants to improve the company's performance.  

In his response speech, Cai Jian highlighted ATG's great achievements in carrying out planned works to ensure stable operation of the gas pipeline. He also noted the need to continue to facilitate progress on green and low-carbon projects. At the end of his speech, Cai Jian recommended to pay special attention to training and staff development, as well as to arrange for employees visiting China to survey advanced equipment manufacturing plants and major companies in the sphere of implementing digitalization projects.
